on 30th march 2023, we released our debut album, titles prologue, this album consists of a variety of tracks which should give you a good taste of what's to come. 

to accompany the release of our new album, on our website here you will find the prologue album t shirt collection, a collection of t shirts 1 for each song on the album designed and inspired by said song. as well as that we have both lyric videos and live music videos up on our YouTube channel, well worth the watch especially for anyone who wants to get a good idea of what a live performance by me would look like. 

 song by song: 

so a mini breakdown for now: 

 killer, the title track that just got better and better with time, we almost scrapped this song to start with but I liked it so much I decided to persist and it ended up being one of our favourites and a standout song to kick the album off with. 

wait till they find out, we wanted to come out the gates firing on all cylinders and this takes the heat up another notch from killer with a strong theme throughout and one of the longest and most advanced guitar solos on the album.

starlight, now its time to get real heavy and drop the tuning to D, this one gets a little bit hot in more ways than one and now the energy is high and the tone is set for the rest of the album.

live and learn, or so you thought, live and learn takes a complete U turn in the album and send us down a serene path to eargasmic ecstasy. a very simple song but a powerful one none the less. 

she, now much like starlight this song gets hot in more ways than one, but takes an almost comedic turn half way through to complete emotional anguish right at the end, its good moody vibes written all over it and we love it. 

rain on my parade, okay okay trying to reel you back in with something a little more straight forward, and this one has such a cool classic feel which really picks the album back up again and foreshadows the bigger and better tracks to come. 

ladybird, starting off with a similar vibe to the 2 previous songs both energetic and a little comedic when you really pay attention to the lyrics, originally a bit of a F you song, ladybird is placed where it is in the album to spike your energy again and if the solo at the end doesn't I don't know what will. 

castle under the sea, this one was the very first song I wrote under the axle banner and has stayed a strong song throughout, mainly as an acoustic track but I was determined to make it a full band song and once again the solos really send it too the moon. 

somewhere somehow, oh somewhere somehow you really have stolen hearts, a song about rediscovering yourself after going through a period of turmoil and estrangement with an awesome contrast between clean and distorted tones this one really sets up the grand finale to our debut album. 

summer nights, once again a song for the heart strings but with 4 times the guitar solos ... no really ... its got so many... but the context and emotion they provide for the song are essential, there was never a doubt that this was a standout in the album and it really provided a great Finnish to our debut album
